Floor Leveling

Floor leveling is done by thorough initial testing of the concrete surface for its moisture content. Most people don’t know that all concrete surfaces, however old, contain moisture. Once the surface is tested using ‘in-situ probes’, the surface is thoroughly scraped, cleaned and degreased, before a self-leveling concrete mixture is poured quickly over the entire area to the desired thickness. Staining of the concrete is possible during this process, should a decorative look be desired. The mixture is quick-drying, so your new floor is ready in the short time span of a few hours.
